Facade, rear definition
Facade, rear means the facade extending the full width of the structure, including modulations, that is closest to and most nearly parallels the rear lot line. An interior facade shall not be considered a rear facade.
Facade means the entire building wall including a parapet;
Junk yard means any property utilized for breaking up, dismantling, sorting, storing, distributing, buying or selling of any scrap waste material, junk or used equipment or machinery of any nature.
Front Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the front lot line of the lot and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;
PAV means Pressurized Aging Vessel.
Rear Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the rear lot line of the lot, or where there is no rear lot line, the junction point of the side lot lines, and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;
