FAA Bill of Sale definition

FAA Bill of Sale means the bill of sale for the Aircraft on AC Form 8050-2 (or such other form as may be approved by the FAA), executed by the Manufacturer in favor of the Company and recorded with the FAA.
FAA Bill of Sale means an AC Form 8050-2 Bill of Sale for the Aircraft from Trustor to Owner Trustee.

FAA Bill of Sale means (A) the bill of sale for the Airframe on AC Form 0000-2, or such other form xx xay be approved by the Aeronautical Authority, executed by the Seller in favor of the Owner Trustee and to be dated the Delivery Date, and (B) a bill of sale for a Replacement Airframe on AC Form 8050-2, or such oxxxx form as may be approved by the Aeronautical Authority, executed by the seller thereof in favor of the Owner Trustee.
