Eyebrow Signage definition

Eyebrow Signage is defined in Section 29.4.

Examples of Eyebrow Signage in a sentence

  • Upon such Lease expiration or termination, Landlord shall be entitled to immediately remove Tenant’s Monument Signage, Eyebrow Signage, and/or Top Signage, at Tenant’s sole expense.

  • Such rights and restrictions shall be null and void at such time as Tenant fails to occupy 50,000, or 25,000, as the case may be, square feet of Rentable Area in the Building, and upon such failure, Landlord shall be entitled to remove Tenant’s Top Signage and remove and/or relocate Tenant’s Monument Signage or Eyebrow Signage, all at Tenant’s sole expense.

  • Tenant shall be responsible, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, for the maintenance of Tenant’s Eyebrow Signage and Tenant’s signage on the Monument Sign, the removal of Tenant’s Eyebrow Signage and Tenant’s signage on the Monument Sign at the expiration or earlier termination of the Term and for the repair of all damage resulting from such removal.

  • Tenant shall be responsible for any electrical energy used in connection with the Eyebrow Signage.

  • Maintenance shall include, without limitation, cleaning and, if the Eyebrow Signage is illuminated, relamping at reasonable intervals.

  • Tenant acknowledges and agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Eyebrow Signage and Tenant’s signage on the Monument Sign including, without limitation, the size, color and type, shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and shall be subject to and in compliance with applicable Legal Requirements and Landlord’s Project standards.

  • The cost of installation of Tenant's Eyebrow Signage, as well as all costs of design and construction of Tenant's Eyebrow Signage and all other costs associated with Tenant's Eyebrow Signage, including, without limitation, permits, maintenance and repair, shall be the sole responsibility of Tenant.

  • The cost of installation of the Monument Signage and the Eyebrow Signage, as well as all costs of design and construction of such signage and all other costs associated with such signage, including, without limitation, permits, and maintenance and repair, shall be the sole responsibility of Tenant.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, if Tenant fails to install the Monument Signage and/or the Building Eyebrow Signage in accordance with the terms of this Section 23.5 within twelve (12) months after the Lease Commencement Date (the "Outside Signage Installation Date"), Tenant's right to erect such Exterior Signage shall terminate as of the Outside Signage Installation Date and shall thereupon be deemed null and void and of no further force and effect.

  • For purposes of this Lease, Tenant’s Monument Signage and Tenant’s Eyebrow Signage shall collectively be referred to as “Tenant’s Signage”.
