Exxon Texas Marketing Assets definition

Exxon Texas Marketing Assets means all Retail Assets in the Texas MSAs that are owned by Exxon or leased by Exxon from another Person as of the date Respondents execute the Agreement Containing Consent Orders.

  • Fossil fuel-fired means, with regard to a unit:

  • cogeneration means the simultaneous generation in one process of thermal energy and electrical or mechanical energy;

  • SRS means the scheme referred to by the Ministry of Finance as the Supplementary Retirement Scheme or such other scheme as shall replace or supersede the Supplementary Retirement Scheme from time to time.
