Extramural Organisation definition
Extramural Organisation means any business entity (whether constituted as a company, partnership, or sole proprietorship), association, club, society, institution, trust, foundation, and government agency, that is external to SMU, regardless whether it is for profit or non-profit, and whatever its objects and purposes and for the avoidance of doubt, includes start-ups entity that are spun out of the University by Academic Staff.
