extra-limital species definition

extra-limital species means an indigenous species translocated or intended to be translocated to a place outside its natural distribution range in the Republic, but excludes an indigenous species that has extended its natural distribution range by natural means of migration or dispersal without human intervention;
extra-limital species. ’ means a species contemplated in paragraph (b) of the definition of ‘‘alien species’’, and includes a species listed by the Provincial Minister in terms of section 49(2)(g);
extra-limital species means any species that is not known to historically occur naturally within the geographical distribution of the North West Province, but indigenous to the Republic;
