Exterior finish definition

Exterior finish means the exterior material shall be of the following types: Wood, aluminum or vinyl siding in six inch, eight inch, or ten-inch widths. Tempered and stone waterproof board, brick or stone fiberglass or stucco may be used. Siding and trim design shall be compatible and comparable with single-family dwellings.
Exterior finish. The exterior surface of the tilt-up concrete panels shall be painted with "Tex-Cote", a textured exterior coating manufactured by Textured Coatings of America (TCA) in a color scheme to be determined by Landlord, and reasonably acceptable to Tenant.

  • Interior lot means a lot other than a corner lot.

  • Exterior container means a MIL-STD-129 defined container, bundle, or assembly that is sufficient by reason of material, design, and construction to protect unit packs and intermediate containers and their contents during shipment and storage. It can be a unit pack or a container with a combination of unit packs or intermediate containers. An exterior container may or may not be used as a shipping container.

  • Interior means the spaces, parts, components or elements of an individual dwelling unit.

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, and the public restrooms, elevators, fire stairwells and the systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. In performing the work of any such Alterations, Tenant shall have the work performed in such manner so as not to obstruct access to the Project or any portion thereof, by any other tenant of the Project, and so as not to obstruct the business of Landlord or other tenants in the Project. Tenant shall not use (and upon notice from Landlord shall cease using) contractors, services, workmen, labor, materials or equipment that, in Landlord's reasonable judgment, would disturb labor harmony with the workforce or trades engaged in performing other work, labor or services in or about the Building or the Common Areas. In addition to Tenant's obligations under Article 9 of this Lease, upon completion of any Alterations, Tenant agrees to cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego in accordance with Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and Tenant shall deliver to the Project construction manager a reproducible copy and an electronic copy of the "as built" drawings of the Alterations, to the extent such Alterations are of a type for which as-built plans are generally prepared, as well as all permits, approvals and other documents issued by any governmental agency in connection with the Alterations.

  • Facade means the entire building wall including a parapet;

  • Interior of the dwelling unit means the inside of the dwelling unit, consisting of interior walls, floor, and ceiling, that enclose the dwelling unit as conditioned space from the outside air.

  • Landscaped Open Space - means the open unobstructed space at grade on a lot and which is suitable for the growth and maintenance of grass, flowers, bushes, trees and other landscaping and includes any surfaced walk, patio or similar area but does not include any driveway or ramp, whether surfaced or not, any curb, retaining wall, parking area or any open space beneath or within any building or structure.   • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Landscaping means the treatment of land (other than buildings) being the site or part of the site in respect of which this planning permission is granted, for the purpose of enhancing or protecting the amenities of the site and the area in which it is situated and includes screening by fences, walls or other means of enclosure; measures to screen the refuse provision; planting of trees, hedges, shrubs or grass; formation of banks, terraces or other earth works, laying out of gardens, paved areas or courts and other amenity features.

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Tenant Improvements means all improvements to the Project of a fixed and permanent nature as shown on the TI Construction Drawings, as defined in Section 2(c) below. Other than Landlord’s Work (as defined in Section 3(a) below, Landlord shall not have any obligation whatsoever with respect to the finishing of the Premises for Tenant’s use and occupancy.

  • Buildings means any and all buildings, structures, garages, utility sheds, workrooms, air conditioning towers, open parking areas and other improvements, and any and all additions, alterations, betterments or appurtenances thereto, now or at any time hereafter situated, placed or constructed upon the Land or any part thereof.

  • Rear Yard - means a yard extending across the width of a lot between the rear lot line and the nearest wall of any main building or structure on the lot and "minimum rear yard" means the minimum depth of a rear yard on a lot between the rear lot line and the nearest main wall of any main building or structure on the lot.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).
