Extensively definition

Extensively must include, for a LICENSEE, support of the costs of the litigation in proportion to the market share of that LICENSEE in Licensed Products for the part of the world under litigation. For LICENSOR, extensively means technical advice and supplying of available but unpublished laboratory data, upon reasonable request by the parties conducting the litigation or infringement action.
