Extension Cost definition

Extension Cost means the Company’s estimated cost of constructing an Extension including the cost of labour, material and construction equipment. Extension Cost includes the cost of connecting the Extension to the Company’s distribution system, inspection costs, survey costs, permit costs. If in the Company’s opinion, upgrades to the Company’s distribution system would be beneficial for Service to other Customers, the extra cost of this reinforcement is excluded from the Extension Cost.
