Extended supervision definition
Extended supervision means the portion of a bifurcated sentence imposed under s. 973.01, Stats., wherein the individual is released by the department to supervision in the community.
Extended supervision or “ES” means the portion of a bifurcated sentence imposed under s. 973.01, Stats., which is served in the community under the supervision of the DCC.
