Extended Franchise Agreement definition

Extended Franchise Agreement means any extension of a Franchise Agreement on the same terms as the related Franchise Agreement in effect on the Closing Date, except that such Franchise Agreement shall have a term ending more than five (5) years after the final extended Maturity Date and is otherwise entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Lender shall have received a new comfort letter (or reaffirmation of the related comfort letter delivered on the Closing Date) in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Lender.
Extended Franchise Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of “Pre-Expiration Event”.
