eXstatic definition
eXstatic has the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble.
eXstatic means eXstatic Software, Inc., a Washington corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation.
eXstatic or any ▇▇▇▇ beginning with the letters "EXC", B+"Val", or "Exc" or any other ▇▇▇▇ likely to cause confusion with the trademark "Exchange", as any part of VAR's trade name, trademark for any Value-Added Product or other product of VAR. VAR shall have the right to use the Marks solely to refer to Exchange's products and services. VAR shall not market the Licensed Software in any way which could reasonably be deemed to imply that the Licensed Software is the proprietary product of VAR or of any party other than Exchange.
