Expressive activity may not create a vehicular or other safety hazard or constitute disruptive activity, defamation, riotous conduct or obscenity as defined by federal or state law and may not impede access to other expressive activity, such as block- ing the audience’s view or preventing the audience from hearing a speaker.
Expressive activity on the campus grounds as defined in WAC 132Z-142-020 must be limited between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Expressive activity in campus buildings must be limited in accordance with the normal hours of operation and other rules applicable to the particular building.
Expressive activity by non-University sponsored individuals or groups may only be held around the Student Center.
