Expression of Interest Form definition

Expression of Interest Form means the form to be completed in accordance with R157.
Expression of Interest Form means the form included in Schedule 6 – expression of interest form which may be amended by the directors from time to time.
Expression of Interest Form means the form issued by World Athletics to be used for each International Competition which Candidate Cities must complete and return to World Athletics by the notified deadline date.

  • Expression of Interest means a statement of qualifications submitted in response to and according to the terms of this Request for Expressions of Interest;

(Examples of interest calculations are as follows: October 1, 1998 to April 1, 1999 equals 6 months and 0 days, or 180 days; the interest paid equals 180/360 times the annual rate of interest times the principal amount of the Note.   • Fixed Rate Certificate A Certificate that provides for a payment of interest at a Fixed Pass-Through Rate.

  • Form of Note means the “Form of Note” attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Identity of Interest means a situation in which a Project Participant has a direct or indirect interest in the ownership of an entity which contracts with a Project Participant to provide land, goods, loans, financial support, or services for the project or where there is a financial, familial, or business relationship that permits less than arm’s length transactions.

  • Conversion Schedule means the Conversion Schedule in the form of Schedule 1 attached hereto.

  • Conversion to Fixed Interest Rate With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Loan is not a Convertible Mortgage Loan;

  • Fixed Rate Note means any Class A-1 Note, Class A-2a Note, Class A-3 Note or Class A-4 Note.

  • Floating Rate Certificate A Certificate that provides for the payment of interest at a Floating Pass-Through Rate determined periodically by reference to a formula specified in the related Supplement.

  • Pledged Interests Addendum means a Pledged Interests Addendum substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

  • LIBOR Certificate Any Class A1, Class A2, Class A3, Class A4, Class A5, Class M1, Class M2, Class M3, Class M4, Class M5, Class M6, Class M7, Class M8, Class M9, Class B1 or Class B2 Certificate.

  • Pricing Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit E, properly completed and signed by a Senior Officer or his or her designated representative of Borrower.

  • hereto “herein”, “hereby”, “hereof” and similar expressions mean and refer to this Indenture and any indenture, deed or instrument supplemental hereto; and the expressions “Article”, “Section”, “subsection” and “paragraph” followed by a number, letter or both mean and refer to the specified article, section, subsection or paragraph of this Indenture;

  • Form of Agreement means the form of agreement contained in Part D of the RFP;

  • Interest Rate Protection Agreement means any interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement, interest collar agreement, interest rate hedging agreement or other similar agreement or arrangement.

  • Corresponding Certificate With respect to each REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ and IO), the Certificate with the corresponding designation. With respect to each REMIC III Regular Interest (other than the Class C Interest and the Class IO Interest), the related Certificate representing an ownership therein.

  • Fixed Rate Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Fixed Rate Security means a Security which provides for the payment of interest at a fixed rate.

  • Notice of Interest Rate Election has the meaning set forth in Section 2.08.

  • Amortization Schedule means, with respect to each Equipment Note, the amortization schedule for such Equipment Note delivered pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Trust Indenture.

  • Non-Bank Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(b).
