National Road Traffic Act means the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act 93 of 1996);
Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.
organised trading facility or ‘OTF’ means a multilateral system which is not a regulated market or an MTF and in which multiple third-party buying and selling interests in bonds, structured finance products, emission allowances or derivatives are able to interact in the system in a way that results in a contract in accordance with Title II of this Directive;
Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.
Transit Traffic MOUs means all Transit Traffic minutes of use to be billed at the Transit Traffic rate by AT&T-TSP.
parent mixed financial holding company in a Member State means a mixed financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in that same Member State;
Securities Trading Act means the Securities Trading Act of 2007 no.75 of the Relevant Jurisdiction.
Generating Market Buyer means an Internal Market Buyer that is a Load Serving Entity that owns or has contractual rights to the output of generation resources capable of serving the Market Buyer’s load in the PJM Region, or of selling energy or related services in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or elsewhere. Generation Capacity Resource:
Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.
Trading Cushion means the mandatory minimum fifteen (15) Trading Days between Put Dates.
Export Transactions Net Activity means the aggregate net total, resulting from Export Transactions, of (i) Spot Market Energy charges, (ii) Transmission Congestion Charges, and (iii) Transmission Loss Charges, calculated as set forth in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix. Export Transactions Net Activity may be positive or negative. Extended Primary Reserve Requirement:
Integrated Digital Loop Carrier means a subscriber loop carrier system that is twenty-four (24) local Loop transmission paths combined into a 1.544 Mbps digital signal which integrates within the switch at a DS1 level.
parent financial holding company in a Member State means a financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in the same Member State;
trading book means all positions in financial instruments and commodities held by an institution either with trading intent or in order to hedge positions held with trading intent;
Cannabis wholesaler means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains, stores, sells or otherwise transfers, and may transport, cannabis items for the purpose of resale or other transfer to either another cannabis wholesaler or to a cannabis retailer, but not to consumers.
CCTV means closed circuit television;
multilateral trading facility (MTF means a multilateral system in the Union within the meaning of Article 2(1)(6) of Regulation[MiFIR].
multilateral trading facility or ‘MTF’ means a multilateral system, operated by an investment firm or a market operator, which brings together multiple third-party buying and selling interests in financial instruments – in the system and in accordance with non-discretionary rules – in a way that results in a contract in accordance with Title II of this Directive;
Margin Trading means Leverage trading when the Client may make Transactions having far less funds on the Trading Account in comparison with the Transaction Size.
Public Procurement means the acquisition by any means of goods, works or services by the government;
Foreign Financial Regulatory Authority shall have the meaning given by Section 2(a)(50) of the 0000 Xxx.
Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per
Emerging Market means each market so identified on Appendix A attached hereto.
Subrecipient Parent DUNS Number means the subrecipient parent organization’s 9-digit Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number that appears in the subrecipient’s System for Award Management (SAM) profile, if applicable.
Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the NASDAQ Global Market.
Local public procurement unit means any political subdivision or unit thereof which expends public funds for the procurement of supplies, services, or construction.
