Export Select means the system operated by Viterra (and described in Schedule B of the Pricing, Procedures and Protocols Manual) under which the Client elects to buy Grain at, or deliver Grain to, a Viterra Facility in a Port Zone and to have equivalent Grain (but not necessarily the same Grain) Outturned by Viterra to the Client at a Viterra Facility for that Port Zone. Export Select Grain means, at any time, Grain that is the subject of a written election by the Client to participate in Export Select that has not been revoked by notice in writing to Viterra at that time.

Export Select Grain means, at any time, Grain that is the subject of a written election by the Client to participate in Export Select that has not been revoked by notice in writing to the Company at that time.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in, or which in the absence of this clause would be implied into, this Agreement, Viterra reserves the right to move any Export Select Grain within a Port Zone to any Viterra Facility within that Port Zone at any time and without the requirement for authorisation from the Client.

Schedule B Export Select & Export Standard Export Select Overview Clients accumulating Grain from a Viterra Upcountry Receival Facility can arrange the outturn and logistics function to the Port Terminal or, alternatively, apply to utilise Export Select.
The Export Select Rebate will apply when the Client transfers Grain into Export Select between 1 October 2024 and 15 January 2025.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in, or which in the absence of this clause would be implied into, this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to move any Export Select Grain within a Port Zone to any Company Facility within that Port Zone at any time and without the requirement for authorisation from the Client.
The Export Select Rebate will be included in the export select grouped fee which is invoiced at the time the Grain is transferred into Export Select in accordance with the process set out in Schedule B.
