Export Select definition

Export Select means the system operated by Viterra (and described in Schedule B of the Pricing, Procedures and Protocols Manual) under which the Client elects to buy Grain at, or deliver Grain to, a Viterra Facility in a Port Zone and to have equivalent Grain (but not necessarily the same Grain) Outturned by Viterra to the Client at a Viterra Facility for that Port Zone. Export Select Grain means, at any time, Grain that is the subject of a written election by the Client to participate in Export Select that has not been revoked by notice in writing to Viterra at that time.
Export Select means the system operated by Viterra (and described in Schedule B of the Pricing, Procedures and Protocols Manual) under which the Client elects to buy Bulk Wheat at, or deliver Bulk Wheat to, a Viterra Facility in a Port Zone and to have equivalent Bulk Wheat (but not necessarily the same Bulk Wheat) Outturned by Viterra to the Client at a Viterra Facility for that Port Zone. Export Select Bulk Wheat means, at any time, Bulk Wheat that is the subject of a written election by the Client to participate in Export Select that has not been revoked by notice in writing to Viterra at that time.
Export Select means the system operated by Viterra under which the Customer elects to deliver Grain to a Site and to have equivalent Grain (but not necessarily the same Grain) outturned by Viterra at a different Site.

Examples of Export Select in a sentence

  • Provide funds for unforeseen expenditures related to emergencies.This policy and the procedures promulgated under it supersede all previous regulations regarding the District’s fund balance and reserve policies.

  • This includes:(a) Grower deliveries;(b) receival at a Port Terminal from an Approved Third Party Store;(c) receival at a Port Terminal from non-approved third party facilities; and(d) any other deliveries not covered by Export Select.Tonnes of Grain delivered that incur this Fee will be unable to be transferred into Export Select at the relevant Port Terminal.A5.

  • The Client's undivided share in the Export Select Grain of a particular kind and Grade in a Port Zone, is the proportion that the volume of the Grain of that kind and Grade owned by the Client and nominated by the Client to Export Select in that Port Zone ( Client's Volume), bears to all of the Grain of that kind and Grade held by Viterra for Export Select in that Port Zone.

  • Following nomination of tonnage of Grain into Export Select, Clients will be invoiced for site outturn, port in loading and freight fees, less the applicable rebate ( Group Service Fee).

  • There is no preference given to Export Select in obtaining bookings at port.

  • For the Client’s Export Select Grain, the risk of Accidental Loss or Damage will be borne by Viterra, irrespective of whether or not such risks are covered by Viterra’s insurance.

  • As outlined below, exporters can choose either to deliver grain to port for bulk shipment by arranging their own road or rail transportation services, by delivering directly to port themselves, or by taking advantage of Viterra’s Export Select logistics product.

Export Select means the bundled system operated by the Company (and described in Schedule B of the Pricing, Procedures and Protocols Manual) under which the Client elects to buy Grain at, or deliver Grain to, a Company Facility in a Port Zone and to have equivalent Grain (but not necessarily the same Grain) Outturned by the Company to the Client at the Company Facility for that Port Zone. Export Select Grain means, at any time, Grain that is the subject of a written election by the Client to participate in Export Select that has not been revoked by notice in writing to the Company at that time.

Related to Export Select

  • Export Control Laws means all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including (a) the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, (b) trade and economic sanctions maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, and (c) the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) maintained by the U.S. Department of State.

  • Export Law means all constitutions, laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, orders, judgments, decrees, injunctions, rules, regulations, permits, restrictive measures, trade sanctions, embargos and other legally binding requirements of all federal, country, international, state and local governmental authorities relating to export, re-export or import.

  • Export Controls means any and all applicable laws, rules or regulations controlling the export of any U.S. goods, technology or services, including, but not limited to, the Export Administration Act, the Arms Export Control Act, the Export Administration Regulations and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, each as amended from time to time.

  • Export Laws means all applicable import, export control and sanctions, including but without limitation, the laws of the United States, the EU, and Germany.

  • export means the initial movement of defense articles from the United States Community to the United Kingdom Community and the Australia community.

  • Drug Master File or “DMF” is described in 21 C.F.R. Part 314.420. A DMF is a submission to the FDA that may be used to provide confidential detailed information about facilities, processes, or articles used in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and storing of one or more human drugs.

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Export Compliance You acknowledge that Licensor’s products and/or technology are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (the “EAR”) and You agree to comply with the EAR. You will not export or re-export Licensor’s products, directly or indirectly, to: (1) any countries that are subject to US export restrictions; (2) any end user who You know or have reason to know will utilize Licensor’s products in the design, development or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, or rocket systems, space launch vehicles, and sounding rockets, or unmanned air vehicle systems, except as authorized by the relevant government agency by regulation or specific license; or (3) any end user who has been prohibited from participating in the US export transactions by any federal agency of the US government. By downloading or using the Software, You are agreeing to the foregoing and You are representing and warranting that You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list. In addition, You are responsible for complying with any local laws in Your jurisdiction which may impact Your right to import, export or use Licensor’s products. Licensor assumes no responsibility for Your failure to obtain any necessary export approvals. U.S. Government Restricted Rights. Use, duplication, or disclosure of any Deliverables by the U.S. Government is subject to the restrictions in FAR 52.227-14 (Dec 2007) Alternate III (Dec 2007), FAR 52.227-19 (Dec 2007), or DFARS 252.227-7013(b)(3) (Nov 1995), or applicable successor clauses.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;

  • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.

  • Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Export and Import Laws means the Arms Export Control Act, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, the Export Administration Regulations, and all other laws and regulations of the United States government regulating the provision of services to non-U.S. parties or the export and import of articles or information from and to the United States of America, and all similar laws and regulations of any foreign government regulating the provision of services to parties not of the foreign country or the export and import of articles and information from and to the foreign country to parties not of the foreign country.

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials. 2.

  • PDMA means the Prescription Drug Marketing Act of 1987, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder from time to time.
