Export Electricity definition

Export Electricity means the net electricity produced by your Qualifying Generator and supplied to the Distribution Network, in each half an hour of the Billing Period; Feed-In Agreement means the agreement signed by you, or, if you entered into the Feed-In Agreement through our website, the electronic form submitted by you, or if you enter into our Feed-In Agreement by telephone, means our voice recording; Solar Feed-In Credit means the amount specified in your Feed-In Agreement, which Diamond will credit you with for the Export Electricity produced by your Qualifying Generator and supplied to the Distribution Network;
Export Electricity means the electricity passed into the NIE distribution system from the Renewable Generation Plant as measured by the relevant Metering Equipment;
Export Electricity means the quantity of electricity generated from the Renewable Energy System at the Premises which is exported into the Supply Network.

Examples of Export Electricity in a sentence

  • Unless the exception below applies, if we have overpaid or over credited you any amount associated with the Export Electricity, you’ll only have to pay back the amounts overpaid or over credited in the nine months before we notify you of the overpayment or over crediting.

  • AND You are exempt from the requirement to hold a licence under the Act in respect of the generation, supply or sale of the Export Electricity.

  • Where we can’t reasonably or reliably do so, we don’t have to pay you the Feed-in Tariff until the Distributor estimates the Export Electricity in accordance with the Regulatory Requirements.

  • GST will be added to the gross amount of the electricity supplied and sold to you under your Retail Agreement, without any netting off for the Export Electricity.

  • A5.1 Any Feed-in Tariff and Feed-in Rates for the purchase by us of Export Electricity are set out in the Feed-in Agreement.

  • This Agreement covers the sale of Export Electricity by you to us at your Supply Address.

  • Title to the Export Electricity passes to Flow Power at the supply point at the Premises.

  • Any amount Flow Power owes the Customer under clause 5 excludes any GST payable on the supply of the Export Electricity to Flow Power.

  • The Customer must pay for the meter that records the Export Electricity and for its installation and maintenance.

  • We will be entitled to treat you as if you had agreed to the terms of this contract from the date that you became the new owner of the Property, but we may only pay you the Export Only Rate for Export Electricity.


More Definitions of Export Electricity

Export Electricity means electricity generated by your Eligible Generation Unit and exported into the relevant distribution system by you at your Supply Address, net of any electricity consumption at your Supply Address.
Export Electricity means electricity generated by the SGIRG and exported to the Distribution System from the Connection Point.
Export Electricity means the amount of energy generated by the Installation that is not used onsite and is exported to the Network. Export Meter: means a communicating Smart Meter that is enrolled and adopted with the Data Communications Company which measures the amount of electricity exported from the Property to the Network and has a dedicated export MPAN.
