exploration permit means the exploration permit (permis de recherche) dated July 14, 1999 issued by the Minister of Industry of Tunisia granting to the Optionor the right to explore for base and precious metals (3rd group as described in the Mining Law Decree of the Republic of Tunisia dated January 1, 1953) within the area covered thereby, a copy of which exploration permit forms part of Schedule "A" hereto;
