Expired Lease definition

Expired Lease means any Lease that has terminated on its scheduled expiration date.
Expired Lease shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.03 of the Security Agreement.
Expired Lease means a Lease relating to a Vehicle that has reached its Maturity Date or as to which the Annual Termination Option was exercised and no Termination Value Payment was made.

More Definitions of Expired Lease

Expired Lease means any lease of the land, containing a right of renewal, which has expired and has not beenrenewed at the commencement of this Act, and

Related to Expired Lease

  • Unexpired Lease means a lease to which one or more of the Debtors is a party that is subject to assumption or rejection under section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner.   • Recorded Leasehold Interest means a Leasehold Property with respect to which a Record Document has been recorded in all places necessary or desirable, in Collateral Agent’s reasonable judgment, to give constructive notice of such Leasehold Property to third-party purchasers and encumbrancers of the affected real property.

  • Assumed Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(b).

  • Real Property Lease means any lease, sublease, license or other Contract with respect to Real Property.

  • Tenant Leases means leases, subleases, licenses or other use agreements between Seller and tenants with respect to Real Property, if any.

  • New Lease Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of the Trust, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of the Trust if the Trust has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.

  • Material Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7(a).

  • Liquidated Lease means a Defaulted Lease that is terminated and charged off by the Servicer prior to its Maturity Date.

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Lease contract means the total legal obligation that results from the lease agreement as affected by this article and any other applicable rules of law. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease contract.

  • Auto-Extension Letter of Credit has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).
