Experiment(s) definition

Experiment(s) means the experimentation activity(ies) undertaken by the Experimenter, alone or (if applicable) with the patron, for testing new ideas and technologies in the area of computer networking. Details of the Experiment can be found in the Proposal submitted by the Experimenter.
Experiment(s) means a scientific test or trial done for the purpose of testing hypotheses, gaining scientific or technical knowledge or gaining data for regulatory purposes and encompasses the process of analysis and the temporary storage of Plant Material required for experiment.
Experiment(s) means all experiments on Crops or model species as agreed to by the Parties performed by Lynx using the Lynx Technology pursuant to this Agreement other than experiments performed in the course of Technology Development Projects or the development of any HRP Map.

More Definitions of Experiment(s)

Experiment(s) means a unit of organization within ROSALIND that includes Sample Data and Derived Data that a user may submit by uploading and/or inputting. Access to this feature is defined the Product and Services Catalog.
Experiment(s) means, collectively, all such Experiments.
Experiment(s) means those experiments, as further described in Sections 3.2 and 3.3, that are intended to apply the Lynx Technology to commercial research relating to the Crops to enable discovery and development of agricultural products useful for protection of such Crops against pests, improvement of the growth, yield, disease resistance or other characteristics of the Crops of for other agricultural purposes relating to the Crops.

  • Studies means activities needed to prepare project implementation, such as preparatory, mapping, feasibility, evaluation, testing and validation studies, including in the form of software, and any other technical support measure, including prior action to define and develop a project and decide on its financing, such as reconnaissance of the sites concerned and preparation of the financial package;

  • Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.

  • Protocols means written directions and orders, consistent with the department’s standard of care, that are to be followed by an emergency medical care provider in emergency and nonemergency situations. Protocols must be approved by the service program’s medical director and address the care of both adult and pediatric patients.

  • Processes “Processing,” “Processed” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on data or sets of data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.

  • Research means a methodical investigation into a subject.
