Experienced Investor definition

Experienced Investor means you must have completed the prescribed Experienced Investor Assessment and Acknowledgment Form as per the requirements of section 708 of the Corporations Law.
Experienced Investor means a unitholder who meets the criteria prescribed from time to time by the Bank in accordance with regulations issued under Section 67 of the Law;
Experienced Investor means a person having the expertise, experience and knowledge to be in a position to make his own investment
