Reference data means one or several of the following characteristics of a seating position:
Service Data has the meaning set forth in clause 5.7 of this Agreement.

Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.
Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Personal Data.
PRICE DATA The Contractor has furnished a price list for the new period for authorized purchasers. The State agrees to notify all authorized purchasers of the existence of this Contract and to give the specific instructions relative to the procedures to be followed in making purchases under the provisions hereof. Entities making purchases over $50,000 may consider obtaining two competitive quotes from the authorized dealers’ list on this manufacturer’s contract. If this manufacturer does not have a dealers’ list, the manufacturer should be prepared to submit a quote. PAYMENT: Payment for commodities or equipment purchased under the provisions of this Contract shall be made to the Contractor or to the authorized dealer making delivery in accordance with Miss. Code Xxx. §§ 31-7- 301, et seq. (as amended). Such payment is to be made only upon receipt, by the authorized purchaser, of properly certified invoices, which are priced strictly in accordance with the pricing provisions of this Contract.

Performance Data means a rating, ranking, quotation, discussion or analysis regarding an aspect of the investment performance of an investment fund, an asset allocation service, a security, an index or a benchmark;

Privacy Officer means those offi- cials, identified in Appendix B to this part, who are authorized to receive and act upon inquiries, requests for access, and requests for correction or amend- ment.
Business Records means all files, documents, instruments, papers, books, reports, records, tapes, microfilms, photographs, letters, ledgers, journals, financial statements, technical documentation (design specifications, functional requirements, operating instructions, logic manuals, flow charts, etc.), user documentation (installation guides, user manuals, training materials, release notes, working papers, etc.), Tax Returns, other Tax work papers and files and other documents in whatever form, physical, electronic or otherwise.
Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);
911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

Access means disclosure by the provision of access;
Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) means the lowest emission limit that a particular source is capable of meeting by the application of control technology that is reasonably available considering technological and economic feasibility. It may require technology that has been applied to similar, but not necessarily identical source categories.
Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;
