Expedited shipments definition

Expedited shipments means goods designated as such by an expedited shipment provider. "Expedited shipment provider" means a person that:
Expedited shipments means those goods which require rapid clearance as a matter of priority due to their nature or because they are meant to meet a justified urgent need;
