Expedited Delivery Fee. You may be charged this Fee if you request and we agree to arrange for expedited delivery of any Card to you (for example, by an overnight delivery service). The amount of the Expedited Delivery Fee will depend on the type of delivery you choose to receive, and will be disclosed to you when you request expedited delivery. If we intend to charge this fee, we will tell you about the fee orally or in writing at the time we offer or agree to the reduction. 13. Minimum Payment Due: (a) Amount of Payment: Your Minimum Payment Due for each billing cycle will be the greater of: • $10; or • 5% of the New Balance rounded up or down to the nearest dollar plus (1) any unpaid Minimum Payments Due from previous bills and (2) any amount over your credit limit(s). However, if the New Balance is less than $10, you must pay the New Balance.
