Expected Release Date definition

Expected Release Date means the date from which NHBC is entitled to receive a Release, being whichever is the earliest of the following:
Expected Release Date means the date specified under rule 2.9.7 on which the Award will normally be Released in accordance with the Plan rules;
Expected Release Date means the date that the Company expects to consummate an Initial Business Combination.
