Expected Payments definition

Expected Payments means, in relation to any Sukuk Obligations and with respect to any day, the amount of any payment or distribution expected to be made on such day in accordance with the initial schedule of payments as specified in the terms of such Sukuk Obligation or the offering circular relating to such Sukuk Obligation, determined without regard to the effect of any provi- sions of such Sukuk Obligation that permit the expected payments or distributions to be reduced, extinguished, postponed or withheld or for recourse in respect of such Sukuk Obligation to be lim- ited (or any similar provisions, howsoever described).

Examples of Expected Payments in a sentence

  • To the extent the proceeds received by Servicer exceed Purchaser’s Net Book Value for the Transaction, such excess proceeds shall be divided between Servicer and Purchaser after Servicer has been reimbursed for actual cost of reseating the Delivery Vehicle as approved by Purchaser and any shortfall the Servicer experienced in making the Expected Payments and the contractual payments.

  • Each quarter, by the 5th business day following the quarter end, Servicer shall conduct an accounting of Actual Payments received from Obligors on each Transaction per month as opposed to Expected Payments paid to Purchaser and deliver such accounting to Purchaser.

  • While remarketing the Vehicles, Servicer shall continue to make Expected Payments and the contractual amount for Transactions with fixed payments on the terminated Transaction.

  • Notwithstanding the remarketing of the Delivery Vehicle, Servicer shall continue to make Expected Payments, or Fixed Contract Payments, as the case may be, as scheduled for the remaining term of the original Transaction, as well as any end of term payment or residual obligations (collectively, the “Original Transaction Payments”).

  • While remarketing the Delivery Vehicle, Servicer shall continue to make Expected Payments on the terminated Transaction and deduct the amount of the Expected Payments from the Recourse Pool.
