Expected Contract Capacity definition

Expected Contract Capacity means the expected Capacity of the Project, net of Station Use, as measured in megawatts (MW) at the location of the applicable Energy Delivery Point, as shown in Appendix 1.1.1.
Expected Contract Capacity means the expected electrical output of each Generating Unit as measured in MW at the Energy Delivery Point of the Project available for daily planning and operation purposes during the summer conditions at the Site based on historical weather data for the last 30 years, and as set forth in Appendix 1.02.
Expected Contract Capacity means the Project’s maximum expected output at the Delivery Point, and which may not exceed the interconnection capacity, as set forth in Section 1.03 of Attachment 1 (in MW).

Examples of Expected Contract Capacity in a sentence

  • As of the Effective Date, the Contract Capacity shall equal the Expected Contract Capacity of the Project, without adjustment for temperature, pressure, humidity or other adjustment factors.

  • Seller shall post and thereafter maintain delivery date security collateral (“Delivery Date Security”) equal to ninety dollars ($90) for each kilowatt of the total Expected Contract Capacity.

  • Mr. Burns stated that, upon project approval by the Policy Board, the model update would begin in October 2016 and be completed by the end of 2017.

  • The Project does not provide at least an average of eight five percent (85%) of the Expected Contract Capacity in any twelve (12) consecutive RA Showing Months, except as may be excused for reasons of Force Majeure.3.03.

  • Appendix 1.01 shall be automatically amended to reflect the updated Contract Capacity achieved by the Storage Unit(s) pursuant to such Test; provided, that in no event may the Contract Capacity, as determined pursuant to Article Seven, exceed the aggregate Expected Contract Capacity of the Storage Unit(s).

  • In no event may actual Contract Capacity, as determined pursuant to Article Seven, exceed the aggregate Expected Contract Capacity of all the Generating Units.

  • L of Appendix 7, for any Generating Unit, Appendix 1.02 shall be automatically amended to replace the Expected Contract Capacity with the Contract Capacity achieved by such Generating Unit pursuant to such test, and the values in Appendix 9.02 shall be recalculated and automatically amended to reflect the Contract Capacity so determined.


More Definitions of Expected Contract Capacity

Expected Contract Capacity means the expected electrical output as measured in megawatts (MW) at the Energy Delivery Point of the Generating Unit available for daily planning and operation purposes at the Test Parameters, and as set forth in Appendix 1.02.
Expected Contract Capacity means the expected capability of the Project to deliver the Product as measured in kW for daily planning and operation purposes as set forth in Appendix 1.01.
Expected Contract Capacity means the expected capability of each Storage Unit to discharge energy as measured in megawatts at the Energy Delivery Point available for daily planning and operation purposes during the summer conditions at the Site based on historical weather data for the last 30 years, and as set forth in Exhibit D.

Related to Expected Contract Capacity

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Contracted Capacity means the capacity (in MW AC) contracted with MSEDCL for supply by the successful bidder at the Delivery Point from the Solar Power Project.

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • RA Capacity means the maximum megawatt amount that the CAISO recognizes from a Project that qualifies for Buyer’s Resource Adequacy Requirements and is associated with the Project’s Capacity Attributes.

  • Interruptible Capacity means capacity that may be interrupted by the Operator at any time in order to fulfil shippers’ nominations under a firm capacity reservation.

  • Idle capacity means the unused capacity of partially used facilities. It is the difference between: (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays; and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • Planned Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective Interconnection Service Agreement and has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close.

  • Excess capacity means volume or capacity in a duct, conduit, or support structure other than a utility pole or anchor which can be used, pursuant to the orders and regulations of the Commission, for a pole attachment.

  • System Capacity means the operational capacity of the System at any applicable point in time.

  • Generation Capacity Resource shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Bid Capacity meanss capacity offered by the bidder in his Bid under invitation.

  • Committed Capacity means that portion of the Capacity that is required to meet the Capacity Entitlements of Access Holders;

  • Rated Capacity means the Average Daily Flow for which the Works are approved to handle;

  • New Capacity means a new Generator, a substantial addition to the capacity of an existing Generator, or the reactivation of all or a portion of a Generator that has been out of service for five years or more that commences commercial service after the effective date of this definition. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Offer Floor” for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is not a Special Case Resource shall mean the lesser of (i) a numerical value equal to 75% of the Mitigation Net CONE translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value (“Mitigation Net CONE Offer Floor”), or (ii) the numerical value that is the first year value of the Unit Net CONE determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7, translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value using an appropriate class outage rate, (“Unit Net CONE Offer Floor”). The Offer Floor for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is a Special Case Resource shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.5. The Offer Floor for Additional CRIS MW shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.6. For the purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Non-Qualifying Entry Sponsors” shall mean a Transmission Owner, Public Power Entity, or any other entity with a Transmission District in the NYCA, or an agency or instrumentality of New York State or a political subdivision thereof.

  • Licensed capacity means the number of children the Department has determined the day care home can care for at any one time in addition to any children living in the home who are under the age of 12 years. Children age 12 and over on the premises are not considered in determining licensed capacity.

  • Planned External Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned External Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective agreement that is the equivalent of an Interconnection Service Agreement, has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close, and has secured at least 50 percent of the MWs of firm transmission service required to qualify such resource under the deliverability requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Final RTO Unforced Capacity Obligation means the capacity obligation for the PJM Region, determined in accordance with RAA, Schedule 8. Financial Close:

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.

  • Daily Unforced Capacity Obligation means the capacity obligation of a Load Serving Entity during the Delivery Year, determined in accordance with Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8, or, as to an FRR entity, in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1. Day-ahead Congestion Price: “Day-ahead Congestion Price” shall mean the Congestion Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market. Day-ahead Energy Market:

  • Installed Capacity or 'IC’ means the summation of the name plate capacities of all the units of the generating station or the capacity of the generating station (reckoned at the generator terminals), approved by the Commission from time to time;

  • Unforced Capacity shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Additional Capacity means, in relation to the Network, the capability of the Network to carry additional task by an enhancement or improvement of the infrastructure forming part of the Network or Associated Facilities;

  • Available RP Capacity Amount means (i) the amount of Restricted Payments that may be made at the time of determination pursuant to Sections 7.06(d), (g), (h) and (l) minus (ii) the sum of the amount of the Available RP Capacity Amount utilized by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to (A) make Restricted Payments in reliance on Sections 7.06 (g), (h) or (l), (B) incur Liens pursuant to Section 7.01(bb), (C) make Investments pursuant to Section 7.02(n), (D) incur Indebtedness pursuant to Section 7.03(y) and (E) make prepayments, redemptions, purchases, defeasances and other payments in respect of Junior Financings prior to their scheduled maturity utilizing the Available RP Capacity Amount pursuant to Section 7.13 plus (iii) the aggregate principal amount of Indebtedness prepaid prior to or substantially concurrently at such time, solely to the extent such Indebtedness (A) was secured by Liens pursuant to Section 7.01(bb) or (B) was incurred pursuant to Section 7.03(y) and not secured pursuant to Section 7.01(bb) (it being understood that the amount under this clause (iii) shall only be available for use under Sections 7.01(bb) and/or 7.03(y), as applicable).

  • Base Capacity Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(b).
