Expected Amortization Profile definition

Expected Amortization Profile means the expected amortization schedule based on the sum (without duplication of clause (ii)) of (i) any outstanding Advance and (ii) any Advance that has been requested pursuant to Section 2.4.

Expected Amortization Profile means the expected amortization schedule of any outstanding Advance or any Advance that has been requested pursuant to Section 2.4, as the context may require, as of the applicable date of determination, as agreed by the Agent and the Borrower.
