Expansion Costs definition

Expansion Costs means all costs incurred for any Facility improvements, capacity expansion and any Facility and manufacturing capital expenditures (other than for the hub motor assembly lines, battery module assembly lines, battery pack assembly lines and any other Excluded Assets).
Expansion Costs means any non-recurring operating expenses (i.e., consulting, marketing, promotional) incurred by any Loan Party Group Company to expand business activities from geographical areas of the United States of America where such Person carried on business at the Closing Date to geographical areas of the United States of America where it did not carry on material business at the Closing Date.
Expansion Costs has the meaning stated in section 4.1.1.

Examples of Expansion Costs in a sentence

  • If under Step One, a Tariff Decrease would occur, then the Highest Expansion Tariff will be socialised with the Expansion Costs of the New Expansion to determine a common Expansion Tariff (Socialised Tariff).

  • If under Step One, a Tariff Decrease would not occur, then the Highest Expansion Tariff will not be socialised with the Expansion Costs of the New Expansion unless otherwise agreed by the QCA.

More Definitions of Expansion Costs

Expansion Costs means the actual amount of those costs described on EXHIBIT J which Landlord incurs in connection with the construction of the Expansion Building. Expansion Costs specifically do not include any acquisition or carrying costs for any portion of the Land, it being understood that those costs are included in the Original Basic Rent for the Original Premises. Landlord and Tenant further agree that Expansion Costs will include (a) the cost of general conditions and insurance, not to exceed three percent (3%) of the cost of the construction work, excluding soft costs, (b) overhead, not to exceed three percent (3%) of the cost of the construction work, excluding soft costs and the general conditions and insurance and (c) a general contractor's fee payable to Landlord in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the construction work, excluding soft costs and overhead.
Expansion Costs means the costs and expenses set forth in (a) prior to the delivery and effectiveness of the first Annual Budget and Operating Plan hereunder, the Base Case Model and (b) after the delivery and effectiveness of the first Annual Budget and Operating Plan hereunder, the then effective Annual Budget and Operating Plan, in each case, that are required to complete the Expansion Work.

Expansion Costs shall have the meaning assigned to in Section 5.2(b).

Expansion Costs are all costs and expenses PJM incurs or has incurred in order to conduct South Region Expansion, including the costs of vendors, consultants, independent contractors, PJM employees (including allocable compensation and general and administrative overhead), and carrying costs (including actual or implicit costs of funds). The completion of South Region Expansion shall occur on the date PJM commences to serve as the transmission provider under the PJM Tariff with respect to the Transmission Facilities of Virginia Power and has completed integration of the PJM South Region into the PJM markets. Expansion Costs consist of the following cost categories.
