Existing Trip Count definition

Existing Trip Count means the current calculated ADT demand on the roadway infrastructure system within the Area Designated for Development and Infrastructure Management.
Existing Trip Count means the current calculated number of vehicular daily trips on the infrastructure roadway system within the Area Designated for Infrastructure Management.

Related to Existing Trip Count

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Required Percentage--Amendment shall be 66-2/3% of the aggregate Voting Rights, unless the subject amendment requires the vote of holders of only one class of Certificates pursuant to the Standard Terms, in which case 66-2/3% of the Voting Rights of such Class. "Required Percentage--Direction of Trustee" shall be 66-2/3% of the aggregate Voting Rights.

  • Loan Group 4 The Group 4 Mortgage Loans.

  • Lower-tier subcontract, as used in this clause, means any contract, as defined in FAR Subpart 2.1, entered into by a lower-tier Subcontractor to furnish supplies or services for performance of the subcontract or a lower-tier subcontract.
