Existing State Licensees definition

Existing State Licensees means all third parties that are located on State Sites as of the date of full execution of this Contract pursuant to an Existing Site License, lease, license, permit, easement, or other permission from the State.

This Agreement shall not limit, alter, or otherwise affect in any respect, except as specifically provided for in this Agreement: (i) the State's rights or relationship with any Existing State Licensees or any State Agency; or (ii) the right of any Existing State Licensee to renew an Existing Site License.

All State Licensees means Existing State Licensees and New State Licensees collectively.

At the State’s request, the TSM shall use reasonable efforts to enforce the terms of an Existing Site License in connection with TSM’s management responsibilities under this Agreement provided that the State first gives notice to Existing State Licensees of the TSM’s status as managing State Sites.

Existing State Licensees means all third parties that are located on State Sites as of the date of full execution of this Agreement pursuant to an Existing Site License, lease, license, permit, easement, or other permission from the State.

All Licensees means TSM Licensees, Existing State Licensees and New State Licensees collectively.

The TSM has no responsibility for the invoicing, collection and monitoring of License Fees of Existing State Licensees.

This Agreement is subject to all of the State's Existing Site Licenses and existing leases and permits with Existing State Licensees and shall not limit, alter, or affect the State's right to renew or extend the term of an Existing Site License or other existing lease or permit with any Existing State Licensees or State Agency upon the same terms and conditions and at the same frequency.

The TSM shall coordinate the use of all frequencies, Equipment and necessary structures of New State Licensees and TSM Licensees in order to prevent Interference with the State's or Existing State Licensee's Equipment at a Site and to ensure compliance with FCC requirements with respect to systems on or in close proximity to the Site.

Related to Existing State Licensees

Person means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, unincorporated organization or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof.
Board means the Board of Directors of the Company.
Department means the department of natural resources.
Licensing state means any state with regulations equivalent to the suggested state regulations for control of radiation relating to, and an effective program for, the regulatory control of NARM and which has been granted final designation by the Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors, Inc.
Single-state license means a nurse license issued by a party state that authorizes practice only within the issuing state and does not include a multistate licensure privilege to practice in any other party state.
State license means a license issued by the department that allows a person to operate a marihuana establishment.
State Licensing Authority means the authority created for the purpose of regulating and controlling the licensing of the cultivation, manufacture, distribution, and sale of Medical Marijuana and Retail Marijuana in Colorado, pursuant to section 12-43.3-201, C.R.S.
Company License Agreements means any license agreements granting any right to use or practice any rights under any Intellectual Property (except for such agreements for off-the-shelf products that are generally available for less than $25,000), and any written settlements relating to any Intellectual Property, to which the Company is a party or otherwise bound; and the term “Software” means any and all computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether in source code or object code.
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry means a mortgage licensing system developed and maintained by the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators for the licensing and registration of licensed mortgage loan originators.
Licensee means a person licensed under this chapter.
Patent License Agreement means the particular Patent License Agreement to which these Terms and Conditions are attached and incorporated into by reference.
License Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.11 hereof.
Licensor means the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.
Contracting State means a State party to the Treaty;
End User License Agreement or “EULA” means the software license agreement terms and conditions for the Apple Software.
Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products which exist prior to the commencement of work under the Contract. Contractor retains the burden of proving that a particular product was existing before commencement of the Project. .
Company Licensed Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that is licensed to the Company by any third party.
Trademark License Agreement means the Transitional Trademark License Agreement dated as of the date of this Agreement between Nuance and SpinCo.
Intellectual Property License Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between NNL, on the one hand, and the Purchaser (or the relevant Designated Purchasers), on the other hand, on or prior to the Closing in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.
Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.

CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Loan (other than the portion of an REO Loan related to any Companion Loan) and for any Distribution Date, the amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate on the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan or REO Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in such Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan or REO Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. For the avoidance of doubt, the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee shall be deemed payable by the Master Servicer from the Lower-Tier REMIC.
License Agreement means any agreement between any Borrower and a Licensor pursuant to which such Borrower is authorized to use any Intellectual Property in connection with the manufacturing, marketing, sale or other distribution of any Inventory of such Borrower or otherwise in connection with such Borrower’s business operations.
Licensed Territory means worldwide.
Sublicense Agreement means any agreement or arrangement pursuant to which Licensee (or an Affiliate or Sublicensee) grants to any third party any of the license rights granted to the Licensee under the Agreement.
