Existing Ship Delivery Advance definition

Existing Ship Delivery Advance means in relation to each Existing Ship an Advance to be made available under Clause 1.2 (b) and, in the plural, means all of them;

Related to Existing Ship Delivery Advance

  • Initial Advance means the first Advance made pursuant to Article II.

  • Equipment Advance is defined in Section 2.1.1.

  • Term Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

  • Credit Event Resolution Request Date means, with respect to a notice to ISDA requesting that a Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee be convened to resolve:

  • Loan Advance The meaning specified in Section 2.2(a).

  • Letter of Acceptance (LOA means the written notice issued by JMRC to the selected bidder(s) intimating the acceptance of selected bidder's Proposal for the award of Lease;

  • L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage.

  • PMI Advance As defined in the related Servicing Agreement, if applicable.

  • Final Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.02(d).

  • The Advance Purchase Order or “Letter of Intent” means the intention of Purchaser to place the Purchase Order on the bidder.

  • Term SOFR Replacement Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(b).

  • The Advance Work Order or “Letter of Intent” means the intention of Purchaser to place the Work Order on the bidder.

  • Term SOFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on clause (a) of the definition of Term SOFR.

  • Permitted Lock-Up Agreement means an agreement between a Person and one or more holders of Voting Shares pursuant to which such holders (each a “Locked-Up Person”) agree to deposit or tender Voting Shares to a Take-Over Bid (the “Lock-Up Bid”) made or to be made by such Person or any of such Person’s Affiliates or Associates or any other Person with which such Person is acting jointly or in concert, provided that:

  • Tranche A Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

  • Final Acceptance Certificate means the certificate that shall be issued by the Engineer to the Contractor upon the satisfactory completion of the contract by the Contractor.

  • Cash Advance means the amount requested by you and advanced to you by any method approved by us according to the terms of this Agreement in cash or cash equivalent items (including, but not limited to, money orders, travelers checks, lottery tickets, casino chips, vouchers redeemable for cash, or racetrack xxxxxx).

  • Original Loan shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the thirty-minute reserve requirement for the PJM Region established consistent with the Applicable Standards, plus any additional thirty-minute reserves scheduled in response to an RTO-wide Hot or Cold Weather Alert or other reasons for conservative operations.   • Additional Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the portion of the Day- ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement that is required in addition to the Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement to ensure adequate resources are procured to meet real-time load and operational needs, as specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • MOM Loan With respect to any Mortgage Loan, MERS acting as the mortgagee of such Mortgage Loan, solely as nominee for the originator of such Mortgage Loan and its successors and assigns, at the origination thereof.

  • Term Loan Advance and “Term Loan Advances” are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).

  • Additional Advance means each additional loan that is made under an RBC Homeline Plan after the initial advance, including any new or additional advances, increases to principal, or further borrowings or extensions of the term, including in the case of any fluctuating account or accounts, revolving loans, or lines of credit, additional segments of such facilities made after the initial advance. They are referred to collectively as Additional Advances.

  • Shared-Loss Loan Commitment Advance means an advance pursuant to a Shared-Loss Loan Commitment with respect to which the Assuming Institution has not made a Permitted Advance.

  • Intercompany Advance Agreement The Intercompany Advance Agreement, dated as September 11, 2009, between Ally Bank and Ally Auto, as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.

  • Term SOFR Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on the Term SOFR Rate.
