Final Payment Date means the "Final Payment Date" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Principal Payment Date means, if applicable, each date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.
Principal Payment Dates means unless otherwise determined by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award, December 1 in the years from and including 2020 to and including 2035, provided that in no case shall the latest Principal Payment Date be later than the maximum maturity of the Bonds referred to in the preambles hereto.
Scheduled Final Payment Date means, with respect to each Tranche of Securitization Bonds, the date when all interest and principal is scheduled to be paid with respect to that Tranche in accordance with the Expected Amortization Schedule, as specified in the Series Supplement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Scheduled Final Payment Date with respect to any Tranche shall be the last Scheduled Payment Date set forth in the Expected Amortization Schedule relating to such Tranche. The “last Scheduled Final Payment Date” means the Scheduled Final Payment Date of the latest maturing Tranche of Securitization Bonds.
Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in February 2028.
Amortization Payment Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).
Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in June 2021.
Class C Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in January 2026.
Special Payment Date means each Distribution Date with respect to the Early Amortization Period.
Class A-2 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in January 2025.
Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the June 16, 2025 Payment Date.
Initial Payment Date has the meaning specified in Section 3 of this Supplement.
Expected Final Payment Date means the September 2021 Distribution Date.
Collateral Senior Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(d).
Class D Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in April 2021.
Legal Final Payment Date means the one-year anniversary of the Expected Final Payment Date.
Class A-3 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means January 15, 2021.
Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in August 2024.
Class A-4 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means December 16, 2024.
Note Payment Date means any date on which principal of or interest on any Note is payable.
Loan Payment Date means any date on which any Bond Service Charges are due and payable.
Note Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Note Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.
Series A Distribution Payment Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(b)(i)(A).
Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.
Senior Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event has not occurred with respect to such Distribution Date, will be the amount, if any, by which (x) the Class Principal Balance of the Senior Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 77% and (ii) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date and (B) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Aggregate Collateral Balance as of the Cut-off Date. Servicer: Calmco, or its successors in interest, as applicable.
Payment Date means the fifteenth (15th) day of each calendar month or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day.
