Existing Seismic Data means the seismic data delivered to Canadian Superior from Petrotrin respecting the Lands and all seismic records, data and information associated with such seismic data;
Non-Public Data means data, other than personal data, that is not subject to distribution to the public as public information. It is deemed to be sensitive and confidential by the State of Utah and the federal government because it contains information that is exempt by state, federal and local statutes, ordinances, or administrative rules from access by the general public as public information.
DXC Data means the content, information and data pertaining to DXC and/or DXC Customers that is submitted to or accessed by Supplier pursuant to this Agreement. DXC Data may include, but is not limited to the following, each of which is defined more fully herein, DXC Sensitive Information, Confidential Information, Personal Information, and Protected Health Information (PHI).
Public data means the objective, factual data on which policy decisions are based and on which public services are assessed, or which is collected or generated in the course of public service delivery.
genetic data means personal data relating to the inherited or acquired genetic characteristics of a natural person which give unique information about the physiology or the health of that natural person and which result, in particular, from an analysis of a biological sample from the natural person in question;
biometric data means personal data resulting from specific technical processing relating to the physical, physiological or behavioural characteristics of a natural person, which allow or confirm the unique identification of that natural person, such as facial images or dactyloscopic data;
traffic data means any data processed for the purpose of the conveyance of a communication on an electronic communications network or for the billing thereof;
Company Material Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(a).
Company IP Contract means any Contract to which the Company is a party or by which the Company is bound, that contains any assignment or license of, or covenant not to assert or enforce, any Intellectual Property Right or that otherwise relates to any Company IP or any Intellectual Property developed by, with, or for the Company.
IP Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b).
Company Material Contract has the meaning set forth in Section 3.15(a).
Publicly owned treatment works or “POTW” means any device or system used in the treatment (including recycling and reclamation) of municipal sewage or industrial wastes of a liquid nature which is owned by a “State” or “municipality” (as defined by section 502(4) of the CWA). This definition includes sewers, pipes, or other conveyances only if they convey wastewater to a POTW providing treatment.
Company SEC Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.7(a).
Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW means a treatment works as defined by § 212 of the CWA, which is owned by a state or municipality (as defined by § 502(4) of the CWA). This definition includes any devices and systems used in the storage, treatment, recycling, and reclamation of municipal sewage or industrial wastes of a liquid nature. It also includes sewers, pipes, and other conveyances only if they convey wastewater to a POTW treatment plant. The term also means the municipality as defined in § 502(4) of the CWA, which has jurisdiction over the indirect discharges to and the discharges from such a treatment works.
Women-owned business concern means a concern which is at least 51 percent owned by one or more women; or in the case of any publicly owned business, at least 51 percent of its stock is owned by one or more women; and whose management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more women.
Company Owned Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned or purported to be owned by the Company, in whole or in part.
Company SEC Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(a).
Assigned Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 (Assigned Intellectual Property).
Downstream Affiliate means an entity whose outstanding Voting Shares were, at the date of issuance of the Qualifying Guarantee, more than 50 per cent. owned, directly or indirectly, by the Reference Entity.
Company IP Agreements means all licenses, sublicenses, consent to use agreements, settlements, coexistence agreements, covenants not to xxx, permissions and other Contracts (including any right to receive or obligation to pay royalties or any other consideration), whether written or oral, relating to Intellectual Property to which the Company is a party, beneficiary or otherwise bound.
Gas related service means a service that is directly related to

Person so Engaged means the person who is engaged by the Owner to co-ordinate and supervise the process of designing, planning, constructing, fitting out, completing and marketing the Development. 「如此聘用的人」指擁有人聘用以統籌和監管發展項目的設計﹑規劃﹑建造﹑裝置﹑完成及銷售的過程的人士。
Transferred Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(k).
Acquired Intellectual Property has the meaning given in Section 2.1(b).
Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) means the lowest emission limit that a particular source is capable of meeting by the application of control technology that is reasonably available considering technological and economic feasibility. It may require technology that has been applied to similar, but not necessarily identical source categories.
SECI means Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited;
