For the avoidance of doubt, on the Closing Date each Revolving Credit Lender that is also an Existing Revolving Credit Lender may fund all or a portion of its respective Closing Date Revolving Credit Advance hereunder through the cashless exchange of its Existing Revolving Credit Advances for a new Revolving Credit Advance hereunder, up to the full amount of such new Revolving Credit Advance.
