Existing Resources definition

Existing Resources means Resources whose costs were committed to prior to Direct Access Customers making an election to permanently forego being served by the Company at a cost-of-service rate.
Existing Resources. (05/27/08 Version) means those Specified Resources listed in section 2 of Exhibit A that were dedicated to «Customer Name»’s Total Retail Load prior to October 1, 2006.

More Definitions of Existing Resources

Existing Resources means the Resources as set forth in Exhibit 1 to Appendix 1 to "RATE SCHEDULE A", as changed as a result or any Minor Resource Modification and any Major Resource Modification required to comply with Legal Requirements pursuant to Section 3.4.3.
Existing Resources means those resources (including measured, indicated and inferred resources and any reserves included within such resources) identified in Table 1-2 of the technical report prepared and filed in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards 3437-2087-4526v2 page 3 of Disclosure for Mineral Projects titled “NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Eva Copper Project Feasibility Study Update, North West Queensland, Australia”, with an effective date of January 31, 2020 prepared for Seller and dated May 7, 2020, as they may be converted to resources for purposes of the SAMREC Code, and as such resources may be expanded, depleted, recalculated, restated or modified due to further exploration, mining activities, change in assumptions or otherwise. Expert means an independent expert appointed under clause 9.1. first tenement Is defined in clause 1.3.

Related to Existing Resources

  • Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Resources means synchronized and non-synchronized generation resources and Demand Resources electrically located within the PJM Region that are capable of providing Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves.
