Existing Investment means any Investment outstanding on the Restated Agreement Date, to the extent set forth on Schedule 4.12, and any renewal or extension thereof not involving an increase therein as the result of an additional investment by the Borrower or any Subsidiary.

Examples of Existing Investment in a sentence

  • The Named Fiduciary hereby directs the Trustee to continue to hold such Existing Investment Contracts until the Named Fiduciary directs otherwise, it being expressly understood that such direction is given in accordance with Section 403(a) of ERISA.

Related to Existing Investment

  • Permitted Existing Investments means the Investments of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries identified as such on Schedule 1.1.2 to this Agreement.

  • Performing Cash Pay Mezzanine Investments means Mezzanine Investments (a) as to which, at the time of determination, not less than 2/3rds of the interest (including accretions and “pay-in-kind” interest) for the current monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual period (as applicable) is payable in cash and (b) which are Performing.
