Existing Interest Period definition

Existing Interest Period means the Interest Period in effect with respect to the Term B Loan on the Term B-1 Funding Date.
Existing Interest Period means the Interest Period which is current, as at the Effective Date, in respect of the outstanding B Facility Advance.
