Existing Financial Indebtedness definition

Existing Financial Indebtedness means the Financial Indebtedness existing as at the Original Execution Date, details of which are set out in Part 3 of Schedule 10 (Existing Financial Indebtedness).
Existing Financial Indebtedness means any Financial Indebtedness existing on the Request Date or arising pursuant to any legally binding obligation, commitment or arrangement existing on the Request Date, in each case of any member of the Group (and shall include the undrawn amount of any committed or uncommitted facility or arrangement of any sort for the provision of Financial Indebtedness to which any member of the Group is a party as at the Request Date).
Existing Financial Indebtedness means Financial Indebtedness incurred under (i) the senior facilities agreement originally dated 28 August 2013 (including all amendments up to date) and (ii) the mezzanine facilities agreement originally dated 8 May 2015 (including all amendments up to date).

Existing Financial Indebtedness means Financial Indebtedness of the Borrower incurred under Securities in existence at the date of this Agreement, but only to the extent that the principal amount of any such Financial Indebtedness is not increased since the date of this Agreement and the maturity of any such Financial Indebtedness is extended to a date falling after the Tranche A Final Maturity Date.
Existing Financial Indebtedness means the Financial Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries immediately prior to Closing that is defined as such in the Funds Flow Memorandum and which is identified therein as being required to be repaid in full, and the commitment in respect thereof (if any) is to be cancelled and reduced to zero at Closing.
