Existing Equity Interest definition

Existing Equity Interest means any issued, unissued, authorized, or outstanding ordinary shares, preferred shares, or other instrument evidencing an ownership interest in the Parent, whether or not transferable, together with any warrants, equity-based awards, or contractual rights to purchase or acquire such equity interests (including under any employment or benefits agreement) at any time and all rights arising with respect thereto that existed immediately before the Effective Date.
Existing Equity Interest or "Interest" means any interest in the Debtors represented by Existing Common Stock of the Debtors.
Existing Equity Interest means an Interest in Bouchard existing as of the Petition Date.
