On the Start Date, the Client assigns all Existing Debts, Future Debts and Non-Notifiable Debts to HIF (as beneficial owner in relation to Northern Irish Debts).
The Company shall provide the Purchaser any and all the Facility Agreement and other Finance Documents and copies of all notices, compliance certificates or communications (including notices of default or events of default) to and from the creditor in connection with the Existing Debts.

Ownership of Existing Debts shall vest absolutely in Barclays on the date of this Agreement and Future Debts shall vest absolutely in Barclays automatically upon the creation of such Debts without any further act on the part of either the Company or Barclays.
