Existing Bank Credit Facility definition

Existing Bank Credit Facility means, the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of March 21, 2014, among the Company, Levi Xxxxxxx & Co. (Canada), Inc., JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, and the other agents and lenders from time to time party thereto, as amended as of the Issue Date.

Existing Bank Credit Facility means the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of August 3, 1995 among the Company and Citibank, N.A., ABN AMRO Bank, N.V. (Atlanta Agency), Bank of America (Illinois), CIBC Inc., First Alabama Bank, Mellon Bank, N.A., NBD Bank, The Bank of Tokyo, Ltd. (Atlanta Agency), The Development Bank of Singapore, Ltd. and The Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan, Limited, as lenders, and Citibank, N.A., as agent, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V., as Co-Agent, as supplemented, amended or restated from time to time.

Existing Bank Credit Facility means the Credit Agreement dated January 23, 1996 among the Company and the Parent, as Issuers, certain Subsidiaries, as Guarantors, NatWest Markets, Acquisition Finance, as Arranger, and National Westminster Bank, plc, as Bank and as Agent, as supplemented, amended or restated from time to time.

Existing Bank Credit Facility means the Credit Agreement dated as of September 29, 2003, among the Company, Levi Strauss Financial Center Corporation, the financial institutions listed on the signature pages thereto and Bank of America, N.A., as agent, as amended as of the Issue Date.
