Exide Settlement means the settlement agreement by and between Exide, Dixie Metals Company, Refined Metals Corporation and the United States approved by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (“Bankruptcy Court”) on March 10, 2011 in the Chapter 11 Case No. 02-11125.
