Exhibition or Event definition

Exhibition or Event means any public display event hosted by Fairground Holdings (Pty) Ltd or Organisers.

  • At the reasonable request of the Trust, the Hirer will pay the cost of repairing, restoring and replacing any item at Colonnade House which is damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen as a consequence of the Exhibition or Event.

  • Exhibition Venue means the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre situated at 1 Expo Drive, Wan Chai, Hong Kong or such other venue designated by the Organiser and notified to the Exhibitor in writing prior to the commencement of the Exhibition.

  • Crime-related prohibition means an order of a court

  • Event of Nonappropriation means a nonrenewal of the Lease by the City determined by the failure of the City to appropriate and budget, or the election of the City not to so appropriate and budget, on or before the date required by the laws of the State during the Initial Term or any Renewal Term, moneys sufficient to pay the Rental Payments and reasonably expected Additional Payments due and payable during the next Renewal Term.

  • Application Event means the occurrence of (a) a failure by Borrowers to repay all of the Obligations in full on the Maturity Date, or (b) an Event of Default and the election by Agent or the Required Lenders to require that payments and proceeds of Collateral be applied pursuant to Section 2.4(b)(iii) of this Agreement.

  • Harassment, intimidation, or bullying means any gesture, any written, verbal or physical act, or any electronic communication, as defined in N.J.S.A. 18A:37-14, whether it be a single incident or a series of incidents that:

  • Restriction of Use means, in respect of any day, any difference from the normal capability of all or any part of the Routes (where the normal capability of the Routes is expressed in the Applicable Timetable Planning Rules relevant to that day notified to each Timetable Participant on or before D-26) which results in:

  • Public Information Failure shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.3(b).

  • Exempt Information means any information or class of information (including but not limited to any document, report, Agreement or other material containing information) relating to this Agreement or otherwise relating to the Provider, which potentially falls within an exemption to FOIA (as set out therein);

  • Occurrence means an accident, including continuous or repeated exposure to substantially the same general harmful conditions.

  • restriction of processing means the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future;

  • Breach of the security of the system means unauthorized acquisition or acquisition without valid authorization of physical or computerized data which compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of personal information maintained by the district. Good faith acquisition of personal information by an officer or employee or agent of the district for the purposes of the district is not a breach of the security of the system, provided that the private information is not used or subject to unauthorized disclosure.

  • Non-Public Information means material non-public information (within the meaning of United States federal, state or other applicable securities laws) with respect to Borrower or its Affiliates or their Securities.

  • Termination of parental rights means the permanent elimination of all parental rights and duties, including residual parental rights and duties, by court order.

  • Termination Events means each of the events specified in Clause 10.3 of this Contract.

  • Event of Eminent Domain means, with respect to any property, (a) any compulsory transfer or taking by condemnation, seizure, eminent domain or exercise of a similar power, or transfer under threat of such compulsory transfer or taking or confiscation of such property or the requisition of the use of such property, by any agency, department, authority, commission, board, instrumentality or political subdivision of any state, the United States or another Governmental Authority having jurisdiction or (b) any settlement in lieu of any of the actions described in clause (a) above.

  • Public Information Act or “PIA” means Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code.

  • right to information means the right to information accessible under this Act which is held by or under the control of any public authority and includes the right to—

  • Alleged wrongful conduct means violation of law, Infringement of Company’s rules, misappropriation of monies, actual or suspected fraud, substantial and specific danger to public health and safety or abuse of authority”.

  • Exclusion Event means an event or related events resulting in the exclusion of the Borrower or any Subsidiary from participation in any Medical Reimbursement Programs.

  • Repeat violation means a violation of the same regulation in any location by the same person for which voluntary compliance previously has been sought within two years or a notice of civil violation has been issued

  • Default Event means an event or circumstance which leads Operator to determine that a Venue User is or appears to be unable or likely to become unable to meet its obligations in respect of an Order or Transaction or to comply with any other obligation under an Agreement or Applicable Law.
