Examples of Exhibition Material in a sentence
Any damage to any Exhibition Material, or change in its condition, shall be photographed immediately at the time of discovery and the photograph included with the written report.
This includes SCMG and/or the Trustees retaining full editorial control over the research, development, design, content and delivery of the Exhibition and the Exhibition Material and all merchandise (if any) associated with, and programme of events at, the Exhibition, the Associated Activities and/or the Science Museum.
If no Organizer staff member is present, the Exhibitor shall immediately notify the Organizer’s office by telephone at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ followed by written confirmation by email to and shall comply with any subsequent instructions from the Organizer with respect to such Exhibition Material.
In the event of any such condition requiring withdrawal, or in the event that there is any change in condition of any Exhibition Material or any Exhibition Material is damaged, lost, or stolen, the Exhibitor shall immediately notify any member of the Organizer’s staff and any lender’s representative on the Exhibitor’s premises.
Each Exhibitor agrees that while the Exhibition is at its respective location if any Exhibition Material is discovered to be in unstable or otherwise vulnerable physical condition, it will withdraw such Exhibition Material from the Exhibition immediately.
Except for emergency procedures to arrest further damage, the Exhibitor shall not make or permit the making of any repairs on any Exhibition Material unless and until such Exhibitor receives written authorization from the Organizer.
The Exhibitor and its Personnel must not make or permit to be made any broadcast, photograph or audio or audio visual recording of the Exhibition (Exhibition Material) without our prior written consent.
If the Exhibitor breaches this section then, without limiting our rights, to the extent the Exhibitor owns intellectual property rights in any Exhibition Material, the Exhibitor assigns those rights to us, and, to the extent a person other than the Exhibitor owns intellectual property rights in any Exhibition Material, the Exhibitor will obtain an assignment of intellectual property rights from that person to us in a form acceptable to us.
