exempt class definition
exempt class means a class of building or extension stated in Schedule 2;
exempt class means Employment which the Employer has requested, and the Administrator has approved, as an exemption from the requirement to participate in the Plan. Exempt Classes will include, but will not be limited to, employees who participate in another pension plan and unionized employees whose collective agreement does not include participation in the Plan.
exempt class means those top management/administrative positions for which applicants do not have to undergo competitive examination and testing in order to be eligible for appointment.
