Executory Contract Schedule definition

Executory Contract Schedule means that certain Executory Contract Schedule to be filed with the Bankruptcy Court as a Plan Document, which may be amended from time to time by the Debtor until the commencement of the Confirmation Hearing setting forth all Contracts to be assumed pursuant to Section 10.1 and the Cure Payments associated with each such Contract.
Executory Contract Schedule means the schedule of executory contracts and unexpired leases designated by the Debtors or Disbursing Agent for rejection as of the Effective Date of the Plan, pursuant to sections 365 and 1123(b)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code and Section 9.1 of this Plan, which shall be in substantially the form contained in the Plan Supplement.
Executory Contract Schedule means the schedule of executory contracts and unexpired leases, other than those executory contracts and leases that are Southern Assets, designated by the Debtors to be assumed as of the Effective Date of the Plan, pursuant to sections 365 and 1123(b)(2) of the Code and Section 7.1 of this Plan, which shall be in substantially the form contained in the Plan Supplement.

Examples of Executory Contract Schedule in a sentence

  • Any Contract identified on Section 6.6(a) of the Sellers’ Disclosure Schedule shall automatically be designated as an Assumed Executory Contract and deemed to be set forth on the Assumed Executory Contract Schedule.

  • Listing a contract or lease in the Executory Contract Schedule shall not constitute an admission by the Debtors or the Liquidating Trust that such contract or lease, including related agreements, is an executory contract or unexpired lease or that the Debtors or the Liquidating Trust have any liability thereunder.

Related to Executory Contract Schedule

  • Schedule of Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedule of certain Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be assumed (or assumed and assigned) by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time by the Debtors.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.
