Executory Contract Claims Bar Date means the first Business Day after the date that is sixty (60) days after the Confirmation Date; or with respect to Claims arising from a breach of an assumed executory contract, the date that is the later of the first Business Day after the date that is (i) thirty (30) days after the breach, or (ii) sixty (60) days after the Confirmation Date.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Plan, the filing of an Administrative Claim shall not be required in order to receive payment for any tax liability described in sections 503(b)(1)(B) and (C) in accordance with section 503(b)(1)(D) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • 503(b)(9) Claim means a Claim or any portion thereof entitled to administrative expense priority pursuant to section 503(b)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code.

For the avoidance of doubt, no Cause of Action, obligation or liability expressly set forth in or preserved by the Plan or the Plan Supplement constitutes an Exculpated Claim.

  • Approved Claims means complete and timely claims, submitted by Settlement Class Members, that have been approved for payment by the Settlement Administrator.
