Executive Agreements definition

Executive Agreements means, collectively, the employment agreements between FairPoint Communications and David L. Hauser, Peter G. Nixon, Alfred C. Giammarino, Shirley J. Linn, Jeffrey Allen and Susan L. Sowell, respectively, as in effect on October 25, 2009.
