Execution Milestones definition

Execution Milestones means those items listed in the “milestones” column in Exhibit B, Part 1.

Examples of Execution Milestones in a sentence

  • Additionally, the Navy has included an Inter-port Differential Reduction for “Days Completed Early” as proposed in the Execution Milestones and Key Events (Attachment J-3).

  • If the offeror is utilizing a subcontractor for physical resources (pier or drydock), a letter signed by the subcontractor identifying and confirming committed access to the proposed pier from the ‘Availability Start’ through ‘Contract Complete’ milestone and/or a drydock capable of docking the vessel from the ‘Dock Vessel’ through ‘Undock Vessel’ milestones as outlined in the Execution Milestones & Key Events (Attachment J-3) is required.

  • Certifications shall demonstrate the drydock will remain certified from the ‘Dock Vessel’ through ‘Undock Vessel’ milestones as outlined in the Execution Milestones & Key Events (Attachment J-3).

  • Provide a signed letter identifying and confirming ownership of a pier available to berth the vessels from the USS CHAFEE ‘Availability Start’ through USS MOMSEN ‘Contract Complete’ milestones and a dry-dock capable of docking vessels from the ‘Dock Vessel’ through ‘Undock Vessel’ milestones as outlined for the USS CHAFEE and USS MOMSEN in the Execution Milestones & Key Events (Attachment J-3A/J-3B).

  • Any proposed early completion will be incorporated in the resultant contract via Section F and the Execution Milestones and Key Events (Attachment J-3).

Related to Execution Milestones

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Milestone Events has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3 (Milestone Payments).

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Targets means pre-agreed values to be achieved at the end of the period in relation to the result indicators included under a specific objective;

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.

  • Milestone Payment means a payment identified in the Implementation Plan to be made following the issue of a Satisfaction Certificate in respect of Achievement of the relevant Milestone;

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Performance Targets means the specific objective goal or goals (which may be cumulative and/or alternative) that are timely set in writing by the Committee for each Executive for the Performance Period in respect of any one or more of the Business Criteria.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
